Proctoring ethics, identity checks, and DEAC-facing files—not a CISSP voucher.
Online or on campus

Distance education fails public trust when identity is a slogan and the file is empty. This PGCert treats government-ID checks, second marking, and incident logs as the craft. You will compare vendor proctoring claims against student privacy, write a procedure a winter-storm week can still run, and explain why an unassessed campus discussion hour cannot be the thing that ‘makes the degree real’. Frontier Innovation University’s dual pathway is the case, not a hypothetical MOOC. Austin campus and tuition-free online must remain one award. Applicants state primary mode. English-medium rules include waiver for U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. A snow week is a test of the procedure, not a reason to waive identity checks for campus students only. You will write incident logs an external reviewer can follow and student notices that do not humiliate. Faculty will fail a capstone that amounts to a vendor RFP with a university logo pasted on. Bandwidth in Greater Minnesota, disability accommodations, and timezone windows for out-of-state online students are design inputs. DEAC-facing literacy means evidence, not a claim that DEAC accredited this PGCert. The award is a postgraduate certificate in practice literacy. It is not CISSP, not a licence to run a surveillance firm, not a statement that DEAC accredited this short course. Marketing must not paste accreditation logos onto the certificate page.
Fifteen credits in four short modules: identity and privacy, assessment design, incident and audit files, and a procedures capstone. Identity-checked assessment of the certificate itself. Transcripts follow Frontier certificate practice.
