Local public health in Minnesota is grants, workforce, and weather, not a TED talk about ‘prevention.’ This degree starts with administering programmes: inspection scheduling as operations (without claiming sanitarian licensure), immunisation clinics as logistics (without claiming nursing), and communications that do not invent CDC partnership. You will write a board briefing a county commissioner can follow. Dual-pathway applicants state primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. HLC and DEAC remain Frontier’s institutional story; this MSc does not add CEPH-MPH identity by renaming. The public title stays MSc Public Health Administration so marketing cannot quietly convert it into an MPH. You will administer programmes as grants, workforce, and winter logistics. Faculty will fail capstones that claim CHES automatic status, clinical practice, or a sanitarian licence. County boards, campus wellness operations, and nonprofit contractors are the Midwest case set. Communications assignments may not invent CDC partnership. Inspection language stays inside non-licence administration. The award is academic administration. It is not CHES automatic, not an MPH, not a licence to practise medicine, nursing, or environmental health. Public copy must keep the title honest.

You may study this award fully online from your country, or — where published — on campus at Frontier. Online study does not require a student visa. Campus study may.
