990s, boards, and Twin Cities philanthropy—not a grant from a foundation you do not have.
Online or on campus

Twin Cities philanthropy is real and crowded; Greater Minnesota nonprofits run on thinner staff. This degree starts with governance, restricted revenue, and the ethics of overhead, not with a gala aesthetic. You will map a programme to a budget that includes heat and mileage, write a grant narrative that does not lie about capacity, and brief a volunteer board that meets after a snow day. Dual-pathway study fits unpaid overtime culture without endorsing it; the curriculum names burnout as an operations fact. Applicants state primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. Campus board-simulation sessions, if held, produce the same packet artefact online students submit. You will cost heat, mileage, and winter service as real overhead, not as a shameful line. Faculty will fail capstones that paste another foundation’s logo or that imply CFRE or CPA automatic status. Twin Cities philanthropy and Greater Minnesota thin-staff shops are both in the case set. Restricted revenue stories that lie about capacity will be marked down. Public copy will not display donor marks Frontier has not been granted. The award is academic. It is not CFRE automatic, not a CPA, not a promise of foundation employment. Marketing must not display other organisations’ logos.
Thirty-six credits: nonprofit finance and law literacy (academic), Minnesota civic sector, programme operations, and a management capstone. Three-credit courses. Identity-checked assessment.
