Frontier Innovation University Inaugurates Austin Silicon Hills CleanTech & Semiconductor Incubator

Frontier Innovation University (FIU) formally opened its new Silicon Hills Innovation & Venture Incubator at its Austin, Texas campus today.

The state-of-the-art facility features prototype hardware cleanrooms, rapid 3D additive manufacturing labs, and dedicated venture mentorship suites. Twenty-four student and alumni startups have been selected for the inaugural incubator cohort, working on advanced chip thermal dissipation, solar inverter firmware, and autonomous logistics robotics.

"Austin is the epicenter of technological transformation in America," stated President Travis Sterling during the ribbon-cutting ceremony. "Frontier provides the bridge connecting ambitious, hands-on engineering students with top venture capital and semiconductor manufacturers across Texas."
